DashBod allows all quotations to be issued in system, tracked or dropped and then be converted into invoices in progressively or recurrently. This allows me to view the sales pipeline, the unbilled projects and projects I need to assert pressure on. When I approve pay runs, it automatically gets pushed to our books.This means we don’t have to let finance know the month’s payroll summary. It gets pushed to the books in 1 transaction. In the same interface, we process incoming invoices (supplier bills), send recurring invoices for annual membership to our members, issue purchase orders to help me manage costs and also classify our costs and revenues by projects. All these with one login, available to me to work from home from any laptop, desktop, I choose!
