Whitelist Instructions

To make DashBod work harder for you, please follow these whitelisting instructions to ensure that our mails are getting delivered to the right inbox.

If you do not see an email from DashBod in your inbox, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder and if you find an email from DashBod, open it and mark it as ‘Not Spam’

For Gmail users: 

If you do not readily find an email from DashBod, please check your Gmail Spam Folder.

To ensure that you continue to get emails you asked to receive, create a filter. 

1. Open the email from DashBod in your spam folder 

2. Click ‘Dots’ button on the top right to reveal your choices. 

3. Click ‘Filter messages like this’

4. Click the button ‘Create Filter’ to open your settings.

From the next menu, please check the following options:

Under the ‘Categorise as: Choose Category’ 

1. Click the dropdown icon next to ‘Choose Category’

2. Select ‘Primary’ in the dropdown menu

3. Click the blue   Create filter   button to save your settings

Now you will always see DashBod’s email in your primary Inbox Tab!

 

For Gmail Mobile App users:

Should you not readily see an email from DashBod, please check your spam folder. 

1. Please open the email and select the  icon

2. Select ‘Change labels’ 

3. Check the box next to Inbox

 

 

4. Select ‘OK’ to save your settings.

For Outlook 2003, Outlook 2016 and Outlook Office 365 users: 

Please add DashBod to your list of ‘Safe senders’ on Outlook. 

1. Right click on our email in your Inbox email list pane. 

2. On the menu displayed, move your mouse over or tap ‘Junk’

3. Click on ‘Never block sender’ in the menu that rolled out 

4. The resulting popup will say ‘The Sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List.’ 

5. Select ‘OK’ 

 

For Outlook.com users (previously known as Hotmail, Live, Windows Live and MSN): 

In the new Outlook.com, you must click the ‘Wait it’s safe’ link if you find the email incorrectly identified as spam. 

*Do note that entering the email contact in the address book or contacts no longer whitelists the sender. 

To ensure that messages from DashBod are not send to your Junk Email folder: 

1. Check the Junk Folder 

2. If you see DashBod’s email in your junk email, open the email and click ‘Wait it’s safe’  

 

For Outlook Mobile App users: 

Outlook’s mobile app now offers a ‘Focused Inbox’ for your important email. 

To add DashBod to your list of Focused Inbox on the Outlook App, please open the Outlook app on your phone. Next, open the email from DashBod. 

1. Click the dropdown menu Screenshot of Outlook App dropdown button on the top right of your inbox

2. On the menu displayed tab, select ‘Move to Focused Inbox’ 

 

3. Select the ‘Move this and all future messages’ button

4. Click ‘Move’ and all future messages from DashBod will appear in your focused Inbox.
