We are proud to have released DashBod Version 1.32, with several notable few features and improvements that greatly improves the user experience. 

What’s New

Rate & Amount of Foreign Currency reflected in General Ledger

Foreign currency is now reflected in the general ledger (refer to red box). They are available in both excel and PDF format. 

 Currency Rates & Exchange Rates shown in General Ledger
 Currency Rates & Exchange Rates also shown in Excel format
 Currency Rates & Exchange Rates also shown in PDF format

Size Limitation for Expense Attachment 

Size limitation for expense attachment has increased to 2.5MB.

Multiple Submissions Header is Now Available for Expense Claims

System will prompt users to fill in header for multiple expense claims.

 

Expense Claims will be consolidated under 1 expense report.

Other Bugs and Fixes

1. Source document and remarks available in the Supplier Bill Printout (refer to red box)

 

2. Default Account Code for Cash Journal

3. Default RFQ & PO Printout (Shipping Address, Alignment & Signature)

  • Added line for company signature (Template 2 & 3)
  • Re-align shipping address
