Terms and Conditions Governing the SME’s Go Digital Packages

  1. Businesses must (i) be classified as a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) by Enterprise Singapore, and (ii) have no less than 30% of its shareholding held by Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs), are registered and incorporated in Singapore, (iii) and have an annual sales turnover (at group level) of not more than S$100 million or employment size not exceeding 200 employees, to be eligible for this SME’s Go Digital  Package. 
  2. To be eligible for this SME’s Go Digital Package, SME’s must not have adopted solutions under the same programme with DBS or with any other banks or telecommunications providers in Singapore. Applicable to all SME’s and new sign-ups only. 
  3. Unless otherwise stated, SME customers must sign up for at least 2 services from 2 different categories in order to enjoy free 6 months subscription and promotional subscription rates. Monthly subscriptions will be payable starting from (and inclusive of) the 7th month onwards. 
  4. Unless otherwise stated, each service has a contract term of either 18 months or 24 months, during which the respective promotional subscription rates will apply. Prevailing subscription rates or prices will be payable after the respective promotional contract terms.  
  5. Unless otherwise stated, the SME’s Go Digital Package has a term of not less than 18 months. 
  6. The Bank’s Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts (Applicable to Businesses/Non-Individuals) and Terms and Conditions governing services linked to the Account shall continue to apply. The Bank may (i) vary the terms and conditions or structure of the SME’s Go Digital Package, (ii) discontinue this SME’s Go Digital Package at any time and/or (iii) remove any Account from the SME’s Go Digital Package at its discretion  without any notice or liability to any party. 
  7. The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this SME’s Go Digital Package shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
  8. By registering for the SME’s Go Digital Package, each Participating Customer confirms that it is lawfully providing the data for the Bank to use and disclose for the purposes of: (i) providing products or services to the Participating Customer, whether in connection with this SME’s Go Digital Package; (ii) meeting the  operational, administrative and risk management requirements of DBS Group Holdings Ltd. and its related  corporations (“DBS Group”); and (iii) complying with any requirement, as DBS Group reasonably deems  necessary, under any law or of any court, government authority or regulator. 
  9. These terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore.
